911 calls about a medical emergency come to us in a blink, according to study

Police in Florida are calling 911 after people call them for help with an emergency.

The call came in about 4:30 a.m. on Wednesday, according the Broward County Police Department.

Officers responded to a 911 call and found a man suffering from cardiac arrest, but the caller was not taken to a hospital.

Police said he was taken to St. Luke’s Hospital in Fort Lauderdale and later died there.
