Police in the UK have arrested three people on suspicion of causing a road ambulance accident.
The incident happened in March and the driver, a man in his 40s, was pronounced dead at the scene.
He had been on his way to a medical appointment when he was struck.
The man who died is being treated for severe head and neck injuries.
The driver of the vehicle, who was not injured, is being questioned by police.
A police spokesperson said: Police are currently appealing for information about this incident.

The Guardian has contacted the driver’s family and has not received a response at the time of publication.
The crash was captured on CCTV footage.
An inquest into the death of the man, known as the “Maurice” victim, is currently taking place.
The ambulance’s operator, who is still on the job, is also being questioned.
